The restoration aimed to preserve the architectural elements eighteenth of the annex agricultural, from stone walls, left exposed in public areas and in some rooms,  to big fireplaces. Rustic elements to the original evidence of a culture rooted peasant, was joined by antiques, from England, France and Spain, ranging from the design complements moder light points to graphic works and paintings scattered around the room. An eclectic style that is warm and familiar but at the same time it seeks. Everything here is unique and unforgettable. The hotel has a gym, turkish bath, meeting rooms from 10 to 500 seats, outdoor pool. The restaurant is the ideal place where to taste the flavours of the area and the typical Piedmont’s cuisine revisited with new recipes.

The rooms of the hotel are spacious and functional, decorated with authentic furniture and fascinating objects coming from all over Europe, particularly from England, France, Spain and Italy. All rooms are equipped with modern comforts: air conditioning, small refrigerator, satellite TV, internet, hair dryer, safe. Of the 28 rooms, 11 are suites; each one is named after a village of the controlled and guaranteed appellation of Gavi (Bosio, Capriata d’Orba, Carrosio, Francavilla Bisio, Gavi, Novi Ligure, Parodi Ligure, Pasturana, San Cristoforo, Serravalle Scrivia, Tassarolo). There is also 1 suite named after the most important wine “Monterotondo”.
